I ordered UGG boots on the above date, kept sending emails to find out when they would arrive but never any reply from the company. Today I a have received a card through my letter box advising I need to pay a further £21.44 GBP before they will deliver the boots this is for customs charges. when I have further looked into the company it looks like they never send original UGGs and never refund the money! please can you arrange a refund as Iam not prepared to pay a penny more for snide merchendise.
