I purchased 3 different moneypak cards for $500.00 each at one time from a CVS Pharmacy. I was informed that the cards were activated. The very next day I went online to check the balances for each card and ALL three showed $0.00 amounts. ALL THREE cards did not have any funds on them.
I was going to give one of these cards to my son for his birthday. Now I am out $1500.00. I tried to contact moneypak.com and they informed me that they could not help me, that I needed to just review my store receipt. Now I don't know who to contact or even if I will get my money back.
