Like the others, saw the advertisement in Dr Oz. select the option for 1 month supply. Got charged $159. Called to cancel. The customer service is awful. Did not let me talk to a supervisor. Told me the your trim trainer got cancelled, got the cancelation #, I sent by email but still got charged the monthly fee got a website and product that I never used. After reading all these complaints I will follow the suggestion on cancel my card.
