I ordered a weight loss product called Garcinia Cambogia over the phone. When offered additional "special offers" I emphatically refused and made it exceedingly clear I did not wish anything else. A month or so later I received a charge on my credit card for $9.47 for Trim Trainer. I called the company to ask what the charge was and they said it was a weight loss product I had agreed to receive. I again made it exceedingly clear that I did not agree to nor did I want the product and asked for it to refunded. They said the charges should be reversed in 5-7 days but I will be disputing the charge with my bank.
