International boundaries
I fell for an offer on the computer for a free camera from Timewin and signed on. I failed to read the fine print and didn't realize that I was signing up for an international game competition. When I got my bank statement and found a two debits - February 25 ($1.00) and February 28 for $119.00. I contacted the company and requested a refund, but they refused. This is at least unethical if not illegal. Can we do something so that others will not become victims?
