My mother ordered the complete Matlock series for a Christmas gift. The series was received but when we went to watch the videos, it was clear they were bootlegged. All are of very poor quality - some appearing to be video recorded in front of an actual tv. NOT actually recorded directly from television to say a VHS or DVD but with a camera setup in front of a television recording the program off of different networks - INSP, Hallmark, etc. We did not file any complaints with the company as my mother wasn't orginaly sure where she orderd from but I have since found the receipt and when I went to submit a complaint I see that DVDTiger.com is no longer available.
