Tried to save my house through Fannie Mae. Katherine Zoch ([email protected]) notified us, we checked her out and at that time her background checked out. She kept in contact with us until February 12, 2012, at which time our account was turned over to Angela Sarvis ([email protected]). Gretal Gold (no e-mail address) was working with Angela. She kept in contact until September 28, 2012. For the past 2 days I have been trying to get in touch with them due to tryingg to get an update but phones have been out of service or no longer in service.
