I received scratch off tickets for most of 2012 from PCH stating that I had won anywhere from $50 up to $25,000! There was NO small print claiming I would only get the money if I mailed it in by this date, or was omne of the first 50 or 100 responders (though there were a few of those as well). My last estimate was that I had won around $65,000 from PCH. I spent more than $200 ordering merchandise from PCH that broke within the first week, or after a month. The Cooking Light subscription just ended last month. I feel like a fool, that as a developmentally disabled adult, I have been taken advantage of. I wanted to win to help my family, my mom's have a tough time and my brother almost had to file for bankruptcy.
