I was looking for summer housing during my internship in the bay area in 2012. I came across her listing on craigslist and contacted her. My close friend even met her and looked into the condo/apartment which she was supposed to rent. I gave her $500 deposit to hold the place for me. But right after she cashed the check, she stopped replying to my messages or answering my phone calls. When I called her from a different number, she picked up the phone. So she deliberately avoided my phone call. Eventually I never heard back from her as she turned off the phone like forever and got another place to stay. But sadly, I lost my $500. As a student, it was big loss for me. Please do not contact with this person regarding housing in San Jose. She is a pure evil. I wish I could get my money back.
