In the beginning of this month or it may of been the end of last month(February - March 2013), my mother and I were watching a commercial ad on the tele "NUDE BY NATURE'. Mum had made a comment that she wouldn't mind having a try and if she liked it, I was willing to purchase it for her as it was her 60th Birthday which just so happend to be yesterday. So, I rang the 0800 number that was given on the ad, everything was perfect, after 4 rings my call was answered and I was talking to the customer services reps, no put on hold listening to dumb music or electroinc voices. After giving them all my details etc, they informed me that it will take 5 -7 working days to receive the products including what was for free and if I didn't like the product we had a certain time frame to return the product. I think it was one of those 14 day trials. Anyways, a week went by, then another and to this day, still no NUDE BY NATURE products delivered, so I decided to call again on the 19th March to see what was happening. I really wanted Mum to trial the products before she left for Australia on the 21st March, thinking I'd get the same reaction as before when I first rang, but no, had to leave my name and number and wait for them to contact me back. Well waiting, waiting, waiting and still nothing, no product, no phone call. Today, i checked my bank account online and blow me down, an UNAUTHORISED ELECTRONIC DEDUCTION of $244.89NZ$ was taken out of my account!!!I was like "WHAT THE ?" So like any normal person, I contacted the bank as the only details on my statement were "ELECTROINC DEDUCTION" and it was then I found out who had taken such a large amount out. HI LIFE HEALTH AND BEAUTY LIMITED!?!!I immediately contacted the 0800 again and wouldn't you know it, yes again, all reps are apparrently busy and unable to take my call, I had to again leave my name and number for them to contact me!!!What the dang is up with that, I don't understand, I haven't receive any products and yet they still deduct???so confused, angry and upset!Don't know where to go, the bank can't cancel the payment, stupid Nude by Nature or Hi Life Health and Beauty Ltd won't answer their damn calls or return a call!!!if only I had seen this page previously I definately wouldn't of called in the first place...HI LIFE HEALTH AND BEAUTY my a#s, HI LIFE RIP OFFS AND SCAMMERS for sure!!!Maureen

  • Be careful, and contact them via email so you have an audit trail and cancel the replenishment kit for AU$99.90 that they will send you and charge you for that is completely undocumented, otherwise you will end up in the same situation as me as well.
