Received phone call from fiona carter offering loan of 1000. And asked for first payment which would would be returned along with loan. As I am on fixed income from security disability as I was diagnosed with renal cancer. Informed fiona 200. Was all I had in account she again stated it would be returned. The very next day she asked for 350. At this time asked for refuned. A month later she informed me tnat money was in mexico and need to deposit 350 or she would not return money. Its almost april anfd no money. Fiona carter is nothing more tha
