I purchased a shampoo item in November and received the order. On first use I noticed the shampoo inside the bottle was not the shampoo that should have been in the bottle. My hair started falling out. I became sick after and was hospitalized and have been off work with disability. I could not address this item when it happened and bottle just sitting at residence. Very unhappy with this fraud event.
