THE DRY CLEANERS RUINED A YELLOW SUEDE JACKET AND REFUSES TO COMPENSATE ME FOR IT. THE JACKET IS NO LONGER YELLOW. IT IS GRAYISH NOW. THIS WAS A BRANDD NEW JACKET THAT HAD NEVER BEEN CLEANED BEFORE. THEY CLAIM THEY SENT IT TO A LEATHER SPECIALIST. I CALLED HIM...THIS HAS GONE ON BACK AND FORTH FOR A YEAR. NEITHER OF THEM CLAIM RESPONSIBILITY FOR MY RUINED JACKET.
