On Feb.10/13 match.com put thru an autorenewal for $123.36 (Can) when according to #12 of their Terms of Use & Agreement, it should have been for the original subscription price of $91.74(Can.). I e-mailed cancellation on Mar.11/13. I asked for 5 mo. out of the 6 to be reimbursed, as 1 mo. had already passed. They refused EVERYTHING. According to #12 of their Terms of Use..they can correct anything; but refused. They have me on record as an unsatisfied customer since I reported the 3 serious scammers I encountered on their site since Aug/12. Their site is polluted with them. The only 1 good connection I had was with an RCMP officer in Financial Fraud.
Another site, E-Harmony, refunded 1/2 the fees when I cancelled due to dissatisfaction. Thank you for your attention in this matter as I am sure I am not the only one being taken advantage of.
