On multiple occasions I have been charged 19.65 from diet instructor md and I have never used their services. Each time I call and ask for a refund and to leave me alone and yet, again I have been charged and now on a credit account. Infuriating! This is the fifth time, I want to lawyer up!

- I also found a 19.65 charge on my bank statement today from diet instructor md. unfortunately it was after hrs. before I noticed and I was prompted to cancel remotely without speaking with anyone personally. I will call again tomorrow, along with my bank! what else should I do?
