RUSH card expired after regularly scheduled direct deposit. RUSH card expired jan 2013. Direct deposit was posted to the expired card #(Personal Information Removed)on December 29,

2012.
This direct deposit in the amount of $2673.00 could not be accessed because of the January expiration date.

After nuumerous attempts to rectify this discrepency, I still haven't been able to access the deposit.

Meanwhile, the february dep[osit was added in the amount of $2673.00.

All (personal) information requested has been sent over the last 60 days and there has been no solution. The money has not been transferred to the new card that was sent.

Replacement card #(Personal Information Removed)exp date 03/2016. The money should have been transferred to this replacement card recieved March 16,2013 in the mail.
Redundant requests for information already sent is their standard response and procedure.

The money in question is a substancial part of my budget. So far the total amount in question is over $5000.00.

Repeated phone calls and correspondence pertaining to this matter has not given me any satisfaction.

I have unpaid bills, ie, RENT and this has caused undue hardship in my life. Repeated requests have not been handled to my satisfaction.

I have discovered that this is not an isolated incident. The internet revealed numerous problems with RUSH cards and direct deposit of funds.
PLEASE HELP ME SOLVE THIS PROBLEM. i NEED ACCESS TO THE DEPOSITS
