Unauthorised credit card transactions.
Their promised documents (card, certificate and editorial NEVER arrived)
I phoned a few times and eventually did get through to someone and asked for my items and was promised same - NEVER ARRIVED
I was furthermore told that if I received the editorial and amended or changed what they had written that a further $199 would be taken from my credit card so it could be published.
I never received the editorial but they certainly took the $199 off my credit card.
I questioned the transactions and they told me that they only needed my authorisation ONCE in order to take subsequent payments and that ONCE was in August 2011!
I have phoned and emailed repeatedly over the past year and have received NO response. Can't even update information which they have on file as incorrect.
My bank closed the case of disputed credit card payments as they could not reach these folks either.
