I filled out a template to replace my social secruity card, paid my $48.00.
Then I took the form to the federal social security office, downtown Seattle, and they informed me that this is a SCAM!
I work for the federal government, and am filing a complaint with the WA Atty. General's office, as advised by the SS office!
