I attempted to purchase a pair of shoes from this website. I too received a confirmation e-mail from [email protected]. I never received the shoes or any further communication from the seller. I sent two e-mails using the "contact us" form on their website and got no response.
Fortunately I paid with Paypal so I got my money back. The account name that showed up in Paypal was Li Wang. Interestingly when I logged in to my account on mmshoess.com, the order status was updated to reflect that the Paypal payment was reversed.
