When browsing on google for an Xbox live 12 month membership that I could redeem instantly I came across the website ‘Instagamepoints.com’ on the second page of results. I browsed the deals and the website looked legitimate and decided to purchase from them. When buying I received log in details and confirmation emails of my account then I continued to pay using ‘verified by visa’ believing that I was making a safe trustworthy transaction. An hour passed and I was confused as to why I hadn’t received my code via email as the ‘company’ promised that most codes are received within 30 seconds of payment. After a day had passed I tried to contact the company and the only way to get in touch to report a problem was through a useless ticket service where you write your complaint and are supposed to receive a ticket number to track your order, surprise surprise I didn’t receive a ticket number so I couldn’t track my question to them. I then decided to do some research into the company and found that many other people had fallen into their trap, paying instagamepoints.com their money and not receiving the goods. Now I have to go through a lengthy process to try and claim back my money. I found an article that someone had written on the matter stating that the website had been taken down but a few days later reappeared ttp://www.xboxer360.com/news/investigation-instagamepoints-com-fraudulent-activity

Basically they take your money and don’t send you a code because they are frauds and it’s terrible that they are only on the second page of google listings when searching for Xbox codes, so many people are going to get scammed by them. Instagamepoints.com are a waste of money and time, Stay clear of them!
