ordered two dvd,s on 2/19/13 have never been able to find out status of order online after multiple attempts by emailing customer service(no response)attempted to set up a login account it would not accept my email address. Called listed no. late one evening person seemed suprised,it was clearly someone's home. i explained the situation and my attempts to contact them gave order #,he layed the phone(loud music in background)picked phone back up and I don't have it yet, probably in the next 2 to 3 days. It's been a month now, still will not respond to emails and ph. goes to voice mail. So I'm writing the complaint hoping something can be done.
