I JUST HAD A RECENT BILL DATED 3-04-13 FOR A RENTAL LATE FEE THAT TOOK PLACE BACK IN AUGUST 10TH OF 2009 AND I'M SUSPICIOUS ABOUT THIS BILL AND IF THIS HAPPENED BACK THEN I SHOULD IT HAVE KNOWN THEN AND NOT NOW.. I HAVE CALLED THE DEBT COLLECTOR COMPANY TO LET THEN KNOW ABOUT THIS BILL, AND I HAVE LEFT A MESSAGE WITH MY PHONE NUMBER TO DISCUSS THIS FURTHER AND I HAVE NOT YET HEAR FROM THEM... I JUST FEEL THAT THE WAY HOLLYWOOD VIDEO IS HANDLING ISSUES LIKE THIS MAKE THEM SUSPICIOUS AND I HAD JUST LEARN THAT THEY ARE RIPPING OFF PEOPLE BY SENDING THEM BILLS THAT PERHAPS NEVER OCCUR.. SO IF THERE IS SOMEONE OUT THERE WHO'S HAVING THIS KIND OF EXPERIENCE PLEASE I WOULD LIKE TO HEAR MORE ABOUT THIS COMPANY WHO'S TRYING TO RIPOFF CONSUMERS... THANK YOU.
