I bougth four scanners, paid with credit card, waited close to three weeks to inquire about my scanners shipping status. Steve said that they did not had the scanners at the promotion time anymore, and the price has gone up $145.00
I really waisted my valuable time on items that they don't have in stock. My money was refunded without notifying me with an email. They had me waiting all this time, business needs to be up to speed of the customers, if you don't have it, don't sell it!!!
