1SaleADay.com is horrible! It takes weeks for them to send any item you order (if at all), they are non-existent with their e-mail support (cut-and-paste e-mails and e-mails not returned), and you have to Google to find any kind of phone number. What kind of company has no Customer Service phone number?? I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back after a month. The savings are not worth the hassle! They think just because they are an 'e-seller', they can flip you the middle finger to their customers and send your items when they find it convenient. Or, in my case, not ship the item at all. That's unacceptable! The worst seller on eBay will ship your item faster than these people! Avoid! Spend your money elsewhere. These people clearly don't care about their customers. This is my worst experience with a business in years. Actually, I can't even think of a experience that was worse! As I share my experience, I have found out I am not alone. At this pace, it should not take long for them to go out of business (which would be the best for everyone).
