This company has bebited my account for 19.95 per month since Jan 2013. Customer service with this company sucks. I have made call after call, I have emailed them numerous times, and I get nothing except another charge from them. I reported them to the BBB in Ca., and if I don't get results I will continue to file complaints, make phone calls and scream until I get my money back, plus bank charges. This companys address is

- We are yet another victim of Furniture XO. We also discovered that the CEO, Matthew Kolodesh, was charged by the FBI for Fraud and embezzlement for running an illegal hospice business- see link www.fbi.gov/philadelphia/press-releases/2011/hospice-owner-charged-in-health-care-fraud-and-embezzlement-scheme Per the FBI, Mr. Kolodesh will only have a case against him for FURNITURE XO if enough people file a complaint at this link www.ic3.gov. It only takes a few minutes. We will likely never see our furniture or our money again. This is the only way we can fight back. If we let these people do this and get away with it, we are serving them.
