I received an unauthorized charge on my visa debit card for $10.63 from this company. You must sign up with a user account to make a purchase with this company. It requires a name, address phone number and email. They should be able to research these unauthorized purchases from the user account they came from. I am requesting a full refund. You would think they are losing a lot of money by sending out all these products bought with unauthorized card purchases they will have to be refunding.
