Around November 2012, I found this company on Internet, and I apply and the same day this guy his name is Derek Randall called me and introduce the company and told me they will help me with my loan modification. He explain to me that their law firm company will help me but I will have to make a payment of $1883 for three months so that my mortgage company will see that I can be able to make a payment that I don't have any problem paying for my mortgage. I did that for for 3 months with was the last withdraw from my back was February 2013. I went the first week of this months and make a stop payment so they won't come back and take more money from my bank. Anyway, they assigned me to this lady called Nyssa and this is her e mail [email protected] she called me and and also e-mail me to send her my informtion, bank statement, tax return etc. I send it to her in december of last year. I have been waiting. I called her phone it said that her mailbox is full, so I cannot leave a message. I called today(3/18/2013) to this phone number that Derek Randall gave to me 800-805-7780 fax 949-336-2205 there was this lady answer the phone and I told her I need to talk to Derek Randall and she ask me my name and how long that I apply for the loan modification and I told her from November last year, and I need to talk to Mr. Randall because it has been too long that noone contact me what is going on with my loan modification and she told me to wait. I waited for about a minute and all of a sudden the phone was hang up from their side, I called again 3 more times no one answer the phone. They have another number is 855-256-5433, fax 855-208-9934,its an answering service and noone answer the phone and this is the number for their in Florida. I loss almost $6000.00 on this deal with these scam.
