Horrible Company. Ordered bunk beds on March 4, received email they would arrive March 18, called trucking company on March 15 to verify delivery time, trucking company claims order is at Hayneedle's warehouse, called Hayneedle and after they insisted it was picked up, looked further and then said they wouldn't receive it from the manufacturer until end of April. Customer service people are apologetic robots who read off a script. Company apparently sells product they don't have, and worse, they don't know they don't have it. Now, for all my trouble I get tons of junk mail from Hayneedle. Do not order from these folks.

  • Frank, I would be more than happy to get this resolved for you. Please email us at [email protected] with your order number and we will see what needs to be done. It sounds as if there was some miss-communication between us, our supplier and our carriers for which I am truly sorry. Please give us the opportunity to correct this error for you. - Robin at Hayneedle
