Paid for a 12 month Xbox live gold membership. Never received my code. It was supposed to be sent instantly. Waited 5 minutes nothing, so I called. Got an answering machine. Left a message and phone number. Waited till the next day and nothing. Filled out their support ticket and called 5 more times that day and still nothing. I have been waiting 3 days now.
