I had an issue on Friday 3-15-13, with printer not printing. I called up to customer support, they helped out with the current problem. IT got me back to work, however the day was pretty much over as far as workable hours go. Monday morning I start work and when I tried to save a screen to a file, that driver was uninstalled on Friday. So I called back to Cannon, asked to help me with said driver. It's software Cannon offers and thought "hey, why isn't this working" the gentleman on the phone asks me to hold on a second. When he gets back on the phone he informs me they do not support XPS. formatting, i asked why do they offer the software download and why on Friday when I called did he have me remove it from my laptop?? I am EXTREMELY disappointed, and cannot gauge what was lost. I missed a dead line for Friday and now crunched for time for a Wednesday dead line, as I need my Printer and all of its functions to work properly. Furthermore I feel that if you offer a service and support for you products, you should be knowledgeable in at least what t is your offering.
