I also fell for the marketing of this. I only realised what had happened once I checked my bank statement and was horrified to see two payments for £97+. I had specified that I didn't want the product monthly but I have since tried to logon and double check my account settings. Surprise surprise I'm not able to logon so I've emailed both to say I want to cancel. I get the feeling I won't hear back from them so I phoned my bank and asked to be put through to retail disbutes. My bank are aware of the two company names (COLLAGENTALUX.COM & ALLUREDEADSEA.COM which are obviously the same organisation) as they have received hundreds of complaints about them. My bank (Natwest) have said that they will refund any FUTURE debits to these two companies but what I've paid so far has been lost. I should have known better but as previously said, I'll just have to put it down to experience and learn a valuable and expensive :-( lesson. Good luck and don't be too hard on yourself if you've fallen for it.
