Just printed my checking account transaction statement last night and when I saw that huge auto withdrawl, went and looked at the
picture of their made up check number and have tried four times today to call them, Trevor in Customer Service ID#183 was so rude he hung up on me three times, then Rob in same customer service told me same things, though didn't hang up on me as I explained how this entire situation was very disturbing and also reminded him that he and TREVOR are supposed to be Customer Service????? I have to say is TOTALLY Ironic for a Company (NOT)
to claim to be PROTECTING OUR ID (protek must have other defin- ition?) that refuses to even let their customer have their telephone number or to be able to reach them in any way???? One for the BOOKS< I AGREE!!!!! Yes, new bank account, checks, etc. Thanks alot PROTEK your own SCAMMING SELF!!!! Hope to God the cops find these guys!
