On June 26, I opened an account with bidrack.com. I purchased two five-bid packages for $.01 each with a $.29 processing fee, fully expecting to see two $.30 charges to my bank account. Instead, when I checked my account later that night, I was dismayed to see a $99.00 charge in addition to the other two! I immediately called the Customer Support to request a refund as I did not authorize this transaction. I was told that I MUST have authorized it because in order to participate in the auctions, I had to purchase bids first. If there was somewhere in the registration process that this charge occurred, it was definitely not apparent as I would NOT have authorized it. The CSR sent me a message with a refund request number and I filed a refund request.

I checked the status of my request tonight to find that it was still “In Review”; however, when I checked my bank account, the $99.00 had been removed. I have called my bank, US Bank, and have filed a dispute with them.
