I AM SO GLAD I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO HAS HAD PROBLEMS WITH THIS COMPANY. I RECEIVED THIS ORDER FORM FROM THE REGENCY GROUP SHOWING DEALS ON ADULT TOYS AND DVDS BACK IN DECEMBER 2012, BUT I DID NOT MAIL MY ORDER IN UNTIL THE MIDDLE OF JANUARY 2013. MY CHECK CLEARED ON 01-31-2013 BUT MY ORDER WAS NOT MAILED TO ME UNTIL 03-07-2013. I DID RECEIVE MY ORDER BUT I WAS NOT SATISFIED WITH IT ENTIRELY. WHILE I HAVE NO INTEREST IN A REFUND, I THOUGHT I WOULD TRY TO FIND A PHONE NUMBER SO THAT OTHERS WHO DID NOT RECEIVE ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE WOULD BE ABLE TO GIVE THEM A PIECE OF THEIR MIND. THE PHONE NUMBER I FOUND ON GOOGLE IS 1-818-999-1667. I HAVE ORDERED ADULT FILMS FROM OTHER COMPANIES AND WAS QUITE SATISFIED WITH THEM, BUT THIS COMPANY I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.
