This company CLAIMS to be able to help get customers into preforclosure homes on a rent to own basis, no credit checks or downpayments. However all they do is steal from thier customers because they fail to tell you that they are in NO way associated with the homeowners or properties they list. After you have signed up you are shocked with the reality that they expect you to mail out letters on a weekly basis to these properties/homeowners. Now they have and provide no real conact information other than the properties address, no homeowner or bank name. Then you are supposed to wait until god know when for someone to get annoyed enough contact them in regard to these constant letters and then they supposably contact you. Now I physicaly drove to a couple of these properties and the homeowners had absolutely NO knowledege of this company or in anyway were affiliated with it. This company is advertising fradualant services and when asked to refund the refundable fee you are told that they wont do it for 60 days which they dont tell you on the phone or in thier terms of service. When asked why 60 days they say because they want you to give it time for the service to work. DONT BE SCAMMED BY THIS COMPANY IT IS A TOTAL FRAUD!!!!!
