My mother received a call saying they were from Medicare and needed to verify checking information because there was a problem with deposit of her social security check. I have filed a police report and contacted her bank, medicare and social security. Do not give away personal information to anyone ever on the phone, internet or door soliciation. I have informed my mother this many times however its hard when they are almost 80. Pray for the elderly and let the devil take these scammers to Hell.
