I WAS ONLINE WHEN I WAS DIRECTED TO THE COMPANY'S SITE AS MY LAPTOP WAS SAID TO BE IN DIRE NEED OF REPAIRS. AFTER MAKING THE PAYMENT, A LONG PASSCODE WAS GIVEN TO ME AND I WAS INFORMED A LINK WOULD BE SENT TO MY AOL ACCOUNT WITH WHICH I WOULD BE ABLE TO SE THE PASSCODE GIVEN FOLLOWING MY PAYMENT TO UNDERTAKE THE REPAIRS. HOURS LATER, NO EMAIL WAS SENT AND WHEN I CALLED MY BANK I WAS TOLD THE MONEY HAD BENN AUTHORISED AND I COULD NO LONGER STOP IT. WHILE MAKING TNE PAYMENT, I WAS ASSURED ONLINE THAT IF I WAS DISSATISFIED WITH THE ARRANGEMENT, I COULD ASK FOR A REFUND OF MY MONEY. THIS IS WHAT I WANT.
