Talk to George Poblete about Loan Modification. He asked me what our monthly payment was and intrest rate was. He than told me that he could get my monthly payments down. And that they deal with my mortgage company all the time. He than said with would cost 995.00 to get this done. A week later we called our mortgage company to find out weather the Loan Modification was approved . They had no idea what we talking about nor did ever hear of this company plus they never sent our paperwork .Tried to contact Financial Remedies refuse to take our calls and hang up on us. Now they have taken our phone # out of there system. All we want is our money back.
