I was approached at a shopping ctr to have my baby get photographed, I was told its just $7 and I get a free photo, and it wasn't very clear as it was an Asian lady with an accent talking fast but she said there's a package for $395 on the day. Now I didn't say whether I wanted to buy this package or not, and wasn't told about it til after i paid the $7.I was ok with the $7 photo, but didn't get a chance to even consider the big package and was pushed to have my baby's photo taken then I felt pushed to leave right away...

I was given a receipt and a brochure which had other package prices on it that were cheaper than the $395 one and I wasn't offered any others either. I'm really unhappy with how I was treated and informed, or lack there of. As soon as the photos were done, they had new customers to take and I felt really out of place and rushed to get out of the way. It was all about the sale, and now I don't know if I've been pushed into something I didn't want, and I'm meant to go pick up the photo tomorrow but I'm afraid to go as I think they're going to make me buy the $395 package, when I can't afford it. I've lodged a complaint to them via email, but from what Ive read here I prob won't even get a reply?
They have such a bad name, and really should listen to their customers if they want to remain in business. It's unprofessional, rude, and I'm so unhappy with their service. I walked away confused, and the shoot was so quick, they took a couple snaps off my baby, did 3 different types of shots and I was sent on my way!
