Just to let everyone know, I will be contacting attorneys in the next couple days regarding a class action lawsuit. When I get some info, I will post again for anyone interested in joining the lawsuit. This company fraudulently took $89.00 on 3/12/13, since there was not enough in the account, it was reversed but I was still charged 32.70 NSF fees. After contacting my bank, who gave me the company info and phone number, I contacted the company, which I have never heard of up until this point in time. After being hung up on 3 times, I was finally able to have a conversation with someone named Rachel. She told me I placed the order on March 7th, which was impossible considering I wasn't even online at all that day. I will say that I applied for a payday loan with one company that I was approved with, but that was about 2 months ago. I was not redirected to any other sites while applying for this loan. I told them to cancel my supposed order....who in their right mind would order a coupon book online for $89.00 anyway?...and she told me they would not attempt to take any more money out of my account. Only time will tell. It would be a real hassle to have to close my account and open a new one because I have several automatic payments that come out of this account currently. I will be going to my bank on Friday to submit a fraud complaint to get my NSF fee returned because the company told me they are not responsible for bank fees. I also told them I wanted a copy of my authorization with my handwritten signature on it, which they said they will mail to me. I would really like to know how they plan to send my a copy of my "handwritten signature" when I supposedly approved this online. Last time I checked, actually signing someting with a pen could not be done on a computer. This company is a scam and I believe we all deserve our money back, that is why I am looking into a class action lawsuit.
