One Travel and CheapOair are sister companies. I went online to CheapOair and tried to buy a plane ticket, it would not allow me to complete the transaction unless I also bought a rental car or hotel. I called the next day to see if I could finish the transaction over the phone and told them that I was unable to secure a confirmation number. They said that I did not have a ticket, but they could do it over the phone through their sister company, One Travel. We made the arrangements, I asked if I could expect an email with the confirmation number, they said absolutely, within minutes I received a cancellation email. I did not cancel my ticket. They cancelled my ticket on their own, in fact, I had to go through another carrier and pay a higher price for the exact same ticket. I paid through American Express and have been in dispute over this charge since November 2012. This is a scam, they booked a ticket for me, cancelled it and charged my card for a ticket I never received. They continue to show my bank their non-refund policy. I don't have a problem with that policy if I had been the one to cancel my ticket.
