I applied for an online loan that was it, I didn't even have nowhere near $99 in my account, and who would authorize them to do that when I needed a loan at the time and on top of that I never got the loan. I am a single mom and its hard enough, I 100% didn't authorize them to take anything out my account. It wasn't even a dispute. I need them to take that off, I don't understand I applied for a loan and they take $99. Noway, now my account is -129.00 plus overdraft because of this, I desperately need help. It happened March 06-2013 check #009999, I don't even do checks!

As for the complaint, I am not sure why you did not know you were going to be billed as we state our fees on the application page. It seems you mistook our small business services for a personal loan of some sort, which we do not provide.
