I was sent a check by Phil Williams to be deposited into my checking account and funds were to be wired to David Harvey in Ghana. I trusted Mr. Harvey and did as I was instructed after receiving threats from Mr.Williams. The check was drawn on DPRA Canada and turned out to be a fradulent check. I was sued by the bank and have made a settlement out of Court. These are very evil men and are scamming women off of dating sites right and left. David Harvey is also using stolen pictures to catch his victims and is doing this on Facebook. He has been reported on different sites, but nothing has been done. I did seek advice from local law enforcement, but they can't help because of being out of the country. DAVID HARVEY claiming to be from Finland, but living in Cypress, TX is a very mean and crooked individual. He is a real scammer.....claiming to be such a Christian man.
