It’s been almost 2 months since I placed my order from CharmDVD website and until now my Alice DVD set didn’t arrived! They said delivery will take 2-4 weeks! They don’t even answer my phone call and emails! I have been scammed by this BS company and I think they have lots of victims here like me. I went to my credit card company to file a complaint about this company and it’s about time to get even!!! Just file a dispute from you bank and they will return your money back. This site is going down soon!! Pathetic company!

    2 months since you ordered?

    Our website domain was only purchased March 7th (10 days ago) and the site went live on March 12 (5 days ago).

    You can verify the domain purchase by checking the WHOIS record for www.CharmDVD.com here: http://who.godaddy.com

    With our standard shipping being 2-4 weeks, it would be impossible for you to have ordered or received your order 2 months ago.

    This is a clear sabotage tactic by our Chinese Competitor: www.MemoryLaneDVD.com

    Instead of trying to discredit and ruin the reputation of your North American rivals, how about you try fixing some of your own issues (selling Fake and Illegal DVD's, overcharging customers, and refusing to refund unhappy customers).
