I am usually a very careful about what I buy online and everything so I always make sure I asked before I order. A few weeks ago, I was checking this website lvbagsatusa.com and I saw an Louis Vuitton purse that I liked but have doubts about it like always so I emailed them and asked if it was authentic and a couple days later I got a reply letter from they saying that it is authentic. So because I asked the company and trusted that all of their purses are authentic so I ordered the item but when I got it, I knew it was fake, it was a replica but it was different from the picture. I emailed them telling them what the different from the real one and the replica one and I even take pictures of the purse that I got from them and telling them the differences between the authentic one and the replica one and asked them for a refund but then they keeping saying nothing wrong with the merchandise, it is what I ordered but I keep trying to tell them that I didn't ordered a replica one I ordered an authentic LV purse. They refused to give me a refund and still stick to the same answer nothing is wrong with the merchandise
