I purchased Xbox live gold membership, using there website to get an instant code. I received the confirmation e-mail, stating that they would send the code when the payment had been authorised. I have checked with the bank 24 hrs later and they have requested payment but have not sent my code! The website cannot be accesed anymore and my bank advises that I have to raise a complaint after 5 days.
