They tried to tell us our computer was sending out error messages to microsoft. We know that it wasn't. They wanted us to log in.
We smelt a rat, and asked them to provide us with more info, they then called back the next day, saying the same, again we asked them lots of questions, and they were to call back expecting us to log in to our computer!!! When they did call back, they told us that they had the wrong person in error, gave us a name and an address that does not exist!!!
