Mr Jones advertised two teacup Yorkies on the internet. He claimed that he had a male and female 12 week old teacup Yorkies.

We answered his advertisement and completed the required information to purchase the dog.

A moneygram was requested through Walmart and Peter Jones assured me after he had received it he would schedule the flight registration for home delivery that night. The money was sent to him and he assured us he booked the 'flight'.

We received an e-mail from 'Pet Relocation Courier' saying that the dog was placed in the wrong crate and do to the weather in Virginia the dog can't fly. The e-mail said that the dog would be switched to an insulated crate and upon home delivery they would "refund' the $890.00 they were charging.

We tried to wire the funds via Western Union( who would not allow the transaction go through)

Mr. Jones requested an additional Moneygram for $260.00 and promised the dog would be able to fly. We refused and requested a refund. He agreed to the refund and did not return our funds.

He followed up via email asking for $160.00 to send the dog. We refuse and requested our original $280.00 be returned. He assured us he has placed the dog on the flight.

The "pet Relocation Service" send us another e-mail stating the dog would arrive on 03-11-13 at 8:15 for home delivery. The dog never arrived.

The Pet Relocation Courier sent an e-mail said that the Georgia Customs and Quarantine service is the first port of check out was holding the puppy and is demanding $300.00 for the dog. Mr. Jones is nowhere to be found.

This is a scam and this has cost us valuable time and money which has not been refunded and we do not have a dog, which we paid dearly for.
