Did not fix anything on my pc.The mananger admiited over charging me, but never fixed the bill and never did the service!!!!VERY UPSET WITH THIS COMPANY....TOTAL SCAM!!!mANAGER FROM ACTIVERUS ANTIMALWARE WAS NAMED MICHAEL.tHE TECH WHO WAS SUPPOSIVELY TO FIX THE ERRORS WAS VERY RUDE!THEY SINCE HAVE COLLECTED THE MONEY AND HAVE NEVER DID ANYTHING TO THE COMPUTER.
