Bad Customer Experience



Worst experience I have ever had in my life, shoes I bought as a gift for my boyfriend and my daughter instantly started falling apart, I contacted "Anna Coogi.co" about the flawed shoes accompanied by pictures of them, paint peeling and threading coming out after the first time of wearing them, she said she would send a free pair of shoes and to send her the code for the shoes I wanted. I chose a different pair thinking the pair I chose would not peel, she refused the request stating I had to pick one of the pair that I had already purchased. After several not so nice e-mails back and forth I gave in and just asked her to replace the shoes that fell apart (shoes I sent her a pic of), 3 months later I finally receive a pair of shoes, and the wrong shoes were sent. In addition she decided to send me an email telling me I need to pick up my package because she checked the tracking and the package had been sitting at the post office for a long time. Today is Monday, I picked it up today, the notice arrived on Friday and the post office is not open on the weekend. And at that she told me to "pick it up by myself" whatever that means. Wow! I am apalled!!
